ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL, which means that once you have paid for your order in full, we do not accept any returns unless you have received a defective product, in which case we will send you a replacement after having been presented with solid proof that your product is defective due to a factory error, for example. This is not applicable, however, to products that have been damaged because of your courier’s treatment of your package. If you place a PRE-ORDER, you must be aware that due to of a variety of reasons the PRE-ORDERED item may be delayed, and if so, deal with it. The item will be sent to you as soon as we have it in stock. (Remember that if you order more than one product and one of them is a PRE-ORDER, we will not ship your package until the said item is in stock. So if you want the already existing titles sent earlier, you have to place two separate orders. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.)
